A word, a phrase, a sentence, a paragraph — with a short rest after each. Let go and it stops right there. Keep holding past the first paragraph and it writes on by itself.

Autocompletely
The agreement between you and Studio Moota when you use Autocompletely. Short, because there is not much to it: you buy a licence to use software, and we try to make software worth the licence.
Studio Moota — Seoksoon Jang, an individual trading as Studio Moota, in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: hello@moota.studio.
Installing or using Autocompletely means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not install it; if you have paid, ask for a refund and we will give you one.
A licence to use Autocompletely. Not the software itself, and not its source. We keep everything we have not expressly given you here.
One licence covers three personal Macs. Personal means Macs you use — not Macs belonging to an organisation that bought one licence for its staff. If you need more, write to us. We would rather arrange it than have you work around it.
You may not redistribute the app, resell it, share a licence key beyond those Macs, or work around the licence check. You may not remove the signature or ship a modified copy.
Choose a one-time perpetual licence or a monthly subscription. The one-time licence does not expire. A subscription licence lasts through the period you have paid for.
Autocompletely offers a 7-day trial. It begins only when you press the button that begins it — never on install, never silently — and it asks for no card.
The trial does not turn into a paid plan automatically. You choose whether to buy a licence or subscribe at checkout.
When it ends the app stops doing the paid thing. It deletes nothing of yours, and nothing you made during the trial is held back from you.
Autocompletely is $99 once or $9 per month, plus any tax your country applies. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: they take the payment, issue the receipt, and handle the tax.
Only the monthly option renews automatically, at $9 per month until you cancel. The one-time option is paid once and never renews. The renewal terms are shown before you pay, and your receipt links to billing management.
You can cancel at any time, through that link or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for — you keep access until that period ends.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you may cancel instead of accepting it.
Fourteen days, no reason needed. The full policy is in Autocompletely’s Pricing and at moota.studio/refunds, and it applies to Autocompletely.
Updates are delivered through Sparkle and are cryptographically signed. Your copy checks each one against a key built into it, and refuses anything that does not verify.
The one-time licence includes every update. A subscription includes every update while it is active. Downloading or installing an update does not start a subscription or restore expired paid access.
We may change, and occasionally remove, features. Where a removal would matter we will say so before it happens.
Software has faults. Autocompletely is supplied as it is. We will work to fix what is broken, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults, that it will suit a particular purpose of yours, or that it will keep working unchanged across future versions of macOS.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost work, lost profit, lost time, lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights the law gives you that cannot be signed away.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it.
We may end a licence if it is used in a way these terms forbid — redistribution, or defeating the licence check. We will tell you why, and where the breach can be put right we will give you the chance to put it right.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law where you live.
If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
